Tangy Chicken Pieces

Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces of your choice 1 kg
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tsp (optional)
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili sauce to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix everything to make a paste and apply on the chicken pieces.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Next day, add 3-4 tbsp oil into a wide base pot and arrange the chicken pieces.
  4. Cook on medium to low flame, flipping once or twice, until cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately.
