Tangy Chicken Pieces
Ingredients
- Chicken pieces of your choice 1 kg
- Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp heaped
- Ginger powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tsp (optional)
- Ketchup 3 tbsp
- Fresh cream 4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chili sauce to taste
Preparation
- Mix everything to make a paste and apply on the chicken pieces.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, add 3-4 tbsp oil into a wide base pot and arrange the chicken pieces.
- Cook on medium to low flame, flipping once or twice, until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
