Tangy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • Butter 8 tablespoons
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Honey 4 tablespoons
  • Hot sauce (Chili sauce) 4 tablespoons
  • Ketchup/tomato sauce 4 tablespoons
  • Water 4 tablespoons
  • Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste

 

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a pan, then add the garlic paste and fry it for a few seconds to release its aroma. Then add the honey, hot sauce, ketchup, water and salt. Stir and bring to a bubble. Let it simmer for 2 minutes until it thickens to a sauce consistency, then turn off the heat.
  2. Drizzle this sauce over the fried chicken just before serving.
  3. Serve with Crispy Fried Chicken Strips.
  4. Enjoy!
