Tangy Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- Butter 8 tablespoons
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Honey 4 tablespoons
- Hot sauce (Chili sauce) 4 tablespoons
- Ketchup/tomato sauce 4 tablespoons
- Water 4 tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste
Preparation
- Melt the butter in a pan, then add the garlic paste and fry it for a few seconds to release its aroma. Then add the honey, hot sauce, ketchup, water and salt. Stir and bring to a bubble. Let it simmer for 2 minutes until it thickens to a sauce consistency, then turn off the heat.
- Drizzle this sauce over the fried chicken just before serving.
- Serve with Crispy Fried Chicken Strips.
