Ingredients
- Chicken 500 grams
- Soy sauce 1/4 cup
- Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1.5 tbsp
- Water 1/2 cup (add just before cooking)
Preparation
- Marinate the meat in the above ingredients. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
- Next day you can grill, bake or cook the meat.
Teriyaki Marinade
