Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients

  • Chicken 500 grams
  • Soy sauce 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1.5 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup (add just before cooking)

Preparation

  1. Marinate the meat in the above ingredients. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Next day you can grill, bake or cook the meat.
