Tiktok Viral Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil 5-6 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2 big, blended with water into paste
  • Ginger paste 1.5 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1.5 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 5 big, blended with water into paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 1 tsp or more
  • Turmeric powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp heaped
  • Live charcoal for smoking

Garnish

  • Fresh Cream
  • Green chilies

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken into big chunks.
  2. Add oil to a pot and sear the chicken on both sides. Take out.
  3. To the same oil, add onion paste and butter. Cook until onions paste is translucent.
  4. Add gg paste and cook until aromatic.
  5. Add tomato paste, salt, red chili, turmeric, cumin powder and garam masala.
  6. Mix well and allow to cook until the water evaporates and then bhunify the masala.
  7. When the masala releases the oil add yogurt and mix well. Add chicken pieces.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
  9. Smoke with a live charcoal.
  10. Garnish with cream and green chilies.
  11. Enjoy!
