Cream Roll Truffles
Ingredients:
- Cream roll 12 small sized
- Cooking milk chocolate 1 cup
- Digestive biscuits 4
preparation:
- Crush the digestive cookies into fine powder. Set aside.
- Melt chocolate. Set aside.
- Mash cream rolls and shape into balls.
- Coat with melted chocolate.
- Let the excess chocolate drip off.
- Coat with biscuit powder.
- Sprinkle some decoration on top.
- Allow the chocolate to set.
- Enjoy!
