Turkish Kebab

Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Onion 1 small
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Green chilies 1-2
  • Big tomato 1/2, seeds removed
  • Lemon with peel 1/8 piece
  • Green bell pepper 1/4
  • Yellow bell pepper 1/4
  • Fresh coriander handful
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Paprika powder 3/4 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Oven:  Bake in preheated oven at 250°C, 20 minutes on lower rod wirh fan on, and then 20 more  minutes on upper and lower rod and oven door open.
  2. Stovetop: shape into kebabs and shallow fry in oil in a frying pan.
