Turkish Kebab
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Onion 1 small
- Ginger 2 inch
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Green chilies 1-2
- Big tomato 1/2, seeds removed
- Lemon with peel 1/8 piece
- Green bell pepper 1/4
- Yellow bell pepper 1/4
- Fresh coriander handful
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
- Paprika powder 3/4 tbsp
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Cinnamon powder 1/4 tbsp
Preparation:
- Oven: Bake in preheated oven at 250°C, 20 minutes on lower rod wirh fan on, and then 20 more minutes on upper and lower rod and oven door open.
- Stovetop: shape into kebabs and shallow fry in oil in a frying pan.
