Using Dough for Any Sweet and Savory Stuffing
Ingredients
Dough
- Plain flour 2 cup
- Instant yeast 3/4 tbsp
- Milk powder 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1.5 tbsp
- Lukewarm water for kneading
Chocolate Filling
- Nutella 3 tbsp or melted chocolate
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
- Dough: In a mixing bowl, add plain flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar, salt, baking powder and mix.
- Add oil and lukewarm water as needed to make the dough. Dough should be soft.
- Keep kneading the dough for 7-8 minutes until smooth.
- Apply oil to a bowl and place the dough in it. Oil the dough as well.
- Cover and keep aside until double in size (30-45 minutes).
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- When the dough has doubled in size, take it out and deflate using your hands.
- Roll it into a long and thin rectangle.
- Warm up the Nutella in a microwave to thin out its consistency.
- Appy this Nutella on half of the rectangle and put chocolate chips on top.
- Place one half of the rectangle dough on the Nutella side and press gently.
- Now cut this into 1 inch strips.
- Twist the strips and then roll them to make a design.

- Bake at 190 °C for 18-20 minutes using upper and lower rods until the top is golden.
