Vanilla Risotto Rice Pudding

This sweet risotto recipe is an Arabian inspired take on the classic rice pudding, flavored with vanilla and Strawberry jam, it’s a wining combination.

Ingredients:

  • Kiri squares 5 (or Puck or Philadelphia cream cheese 5 tablespoons)
  • Milk 600 ml
  • Vanilla 1 tablespoon
  • Risotto Rice 100 Grams (or any rice of your choice)
  • Sugar (as needed)
  • Strawberry Jam

 

preparation:

  1. Put kiri and milk in a blender and blend.
  2. Add this mixture to a pan.
  3. Add vanilla essence and rice and cook on a medium flame.
  4. When it starts to thicken add sugar. Mix.
  5. Cook until the sugar is well incorporated.
  6. Garnish with strawberry jam.
  7. Cool and serve. Enjoy!
