Vanilla Risotto Rice Pudding
This sweet risotto recipe is an Arabian inspired take on the classic rice pudding, flavored with vanilla and Strawberry jam, it’s a wining combination.
Ingredients:
- Kiri squares 5 (or Puck or Philadelphia cream cheese 5 tablespoons)
- Milk 600 ml
- Vanilla 1 tablespoon
- Risotto Rice 100 Grams (or any rice of your choice)
- Sugar (as needed)
- Strawberry Jam
preparation:
- Put kiri and milk in a blender and blend.
- Add this mixture to a pan.
- Add vanilla essence and rice and cook on a medium flame.
- When it starts to thicken add sugar. Mix.
- Cook until the sugar is well incorporated.
- Garnish with strawberry jam.
- Cool and serve. Enjoy!
