Ingredients
Ingredients for tikka base
- Chicken 500 g
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coconut flakes 2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Ingredients for white color
- Thick Cream 2 tbsp
- White Pepper powder 1tsp
- Green chilies 1-2
Preparation
- Cut the chicken into 1.5-inch cubes. Keep in a separate bowl.
- Important Note: Do not add any water while chopping.
- Add this marination to the chicken. Mix well, cover and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Next day, arrange the chicken pieces on skewers.
- Apply oil on the griller and grill until cooked well.
- Enjoy with roti and mint yogurt raita.
White Chicken Tikka (Spicy and tender)

- Chicken 500 g

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 1.5-inch cubes. Keep in a separate bowl.
- In a chopper, add all the ingredients of tikka base and ingredients for white color and chop as fine as possible.
- Important Note: Do not add any water while chopping.
- Add this marination to the chicken. Mix well, cover and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
