Instructions
Soak chick peas in water overnight.
Next day discard the water and wash the chick peas again.
Drain the excess water.
Transfer the chick peas to a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture is finely ground and just holds together.
Waffle maker: heat waffle maker and place 1 teaspoon full dallop in each plate. Do not press the mixture. Close the waffle maker and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden in color.
Stovetop: Shape 1 tsp full mixture into balls using your hands (greased with oil). Drizzle some oil in a pan and shallow fry the balls on medium to low flame for 4-5 minutes or until golden.
