3-ingredient Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
Dough
Plain flour 2 cups
Instant yeast 1 tbsp
Luke warm Milk 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Filling
Butter 2 tbsp
room temperature
Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Topping
Condensed Milk
Instructions
In a micing bowl, add plain flour and yeast. Mix well.
Add luke warm water and knead into a soft dough. If the dough is not soft enough, you can add 2-3 tbsp of milk.
Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes until smooth and lump free.
Shape into a ball and apply oil all over.
Cover and Allow to rise until doubled in size.
Now take the dough out on a counter and using a rolling pin, roll into 1/2 cm thick rectangle.
In a small bowl mix together butter, cinnamon powder and sugar.
Apply this paste on the dough and roll the dough into a log.
Cut the log into 1 inch thick pieces and place on a baking tray 1 inch apart.
Cover with a cloth and allow to double in size again.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-14 minutes.
Take out and pour condensed milk over the rolls.
