5-minute Bread Dahi Baray

Ingredients
For Baray
Bread slices 9
Drinking water 2 cups
Raisins 45
Topping
Yogurt as needed
Amchur chutney or imli chutney
Hari chutney
Cumin seeds
Salt
Chaat masala
Fresh coriander
chopped
Instructions
Dip bread slice in water and take out immediately.
Place a few raisins in the middle and roll into a ball, making sure you squeeze out all the water while shaping the ball.
Place the bread balls in serving dish.
In a separate bowl, add yogurt, salt and chat masala and mix.
Pour over the balls.
Top with amchur chutney, hari chutney and fresh coriander.
Serve chilled.
