To make khoya, mix milk powder and fresh milk and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until th e mixture becomes thick, leaves the cooking pot and takes a round shape.
Turn off the flame.
In another pan, add fresh milk, sugar, corn flour, milk powder, almonds, pistachio and green cardamoms and khoya. Mix well.
Stirring constantly, cook until the mixture comes to a boil and becomes thick. Do not over cook.
