Air Fryer Juicy Drumsticks Ready in 20 minutes

Ingredients
Chicken legs 1 kg
skin removed
Yogurt 6 tbsp
Fresh thick cream 3 tbsp
Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice of 1 lemon/lime
Finely chopped fresh coriander
4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Paprika powder ¾ tbsp
Coriander powder 1 + 1/2 tbsp
Dried fenugreek
methi 1+ 1/2 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Dipping sauce
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Chili sauce to taste
Instructions
Remove the skin, wash and pat dry the chicken legs.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
Add to the chicken legs, mix and coat the chicken legs properly.
Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes if in hurry, otherwise refrigerate overnight for excellent flavors.
Place in the air fryer and bake at 200°C for 13-15 minutes on one side.
Now flip and bake for 5-6 minutes on the other side.
Take out and serve with dipping sauce.
