Aloo Phali ki Sabzi (Potato and Long Bean Curry)

Ingredients
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garlic 2 tsp
chopped
Onion 1 big
chopped
Potatoes 3 big
peeled and cut into big chunks
Chopped Green beans 2 cups
350-400 grams
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander 4-5 tbsp
chopped
Green chilies 3-4
Garam masala 1 tsp
Instructions
Heat oil in a cooking pot and add cumin seeds and garlic.
Once aromatic, add onions and cook until they start to turn golden.
Add potatoes and cook for a minute.
Add green beans along with salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
Mix and add 1-2 tbsp of water.
Mix, turn the flame to lowest, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the beans and potatoes are ready.
Add fresh coriander, green chilies and garam masala.
Give a stir and serve hot with roti or paratha. Enjoy!
