Anda Tikki | Anda kababs | Boiled Egg Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs 4
hard boiled
Potato 1 medium sized
boiled
Onion 1 small
finely chopped
Green chilies 2-3 chopped
Coriander leaves 3-4 tbsp
chopped
Fresh mint leaves 3-4 tbsp
chopped
Capsicum 1/2
finely chopped
Maida [All purpose flour] 2 tbsp heaped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Bread crumbs for coating
Instructions
Peel the eggs and mash them as fine as possible.
Mash the boiled potato and add to the eggs.
Add chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and capsicum.
Add 2 tbsp maida, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything well until it forms a nice dough like mixture.
Make small tikkis (patties) and coat them with bread crumbs.
Shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.
Serve immediately with your fav dipping sauce!
