Anghara Kebabs

Ingredients
Boneless chicken 1 kg
cut into 1.5 inch cubes
Whole red chilies 5-6
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder or Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tsp
Tandoori masala 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Coconut powder 2 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 2 tbsp

Instructions
Boil red chilies in water for 4-5 minutes until soft.
Take out and mash to form paste.
Add to a bowl along with all the marinade ingredients.
Mix well.
Add chicken pieces, mix and marinate for at least 30 minutes or even overnight.
Arrange on skewers and grill them either in a grilling pan or the coals.
