Peel the apples and add to a blender along with eggs, yogurt and baking powder.
Blend until smooth.
Now add oats and cinnamon powder and blend ONLY until combined. Do not over blend at this stage otherwise the batter will become thick. We want pouring consistency.
Heat pan on low flame, grease with oil and pour the batter little by little to make pancakes.
Cook on low from both sides on low heat.
For dipping sauce, just mix together yogurt, honey and milk.
Serve the freshly made hot pancakes with dipping sauce.
