Mix all the ingredients and cook the marinade until thickened.
Defrost the chicken thighs. Place in a baking dish skin side down and pour the marinade.
Bake at 220*C for 30 minutes.
Now flip the thighs and again bake for 15 minutes or until completely cooked. Lastly, turn on the upper rod and broil the thighs for 5 minutes until the skin is brown and crisp.
