Banana Oats Brownies

Ingredients
Over-ripe Bananas 2
mashed
Eggs 2 large
Granulated sugar 1/3 cup
Rolled oats 1 cup
you can also use instant oats
Milk 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C using upper and lower rod.
Mash the bananas using potato masher or a fork.
Add eggs, sugar, oats, milk, salt, baking powder and baking soda, vanilla essence and cocoa powder.
Mix well and transfer to a square 9x9 inch baking pan.
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes using upper and lower rod.
