In a mixing bowl, add chicken, salt, paprika powder, chili flakes, black pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder and oil and mix well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Make the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, hot sauce, sweet chili sauce, mustard paste and chili flakes. Keep aside.
Thread the chicken pieces on skewers.
Put 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken skewers.
Take out from the pan and immediately apply thick layer of sauce on the skewers.
