Bread Pudding Bars

Ingredients
Bread crust 5 cups
chopped roughly
Raisins 1/2 cup
Eggs 4
Sugar 1/2 cup [I used both
1/4 cup white and 1/4 cup brown sugar]
Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon
Milk 2 cups
Butter to grease the baking dish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the chopped bread crust and raisins to a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and add sugar, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and milk.
Whisk until well combined and add to the bread crust.
Mix and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes until all the egg mixture is absorbed by the bread crust.
Bake in the oven 180°C for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
Take out and cut into bars.
Serve hot or cold with tea/coffee, tastes amazing both ways, Enjoy!
