Broccoli headchopped into bite-size florets and rinsed
Fresh mushrooms 5-6sliced
Oil 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic1/2 tsp
Chopped ginger1/2 tsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Chicken cube 1/2 tsp mixed in few tablespoons of hot water
Saltoptional ( chicken cube and soy sauce already contain salt)
Instructions
Steam the broccoli and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until just done.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic. Saute’ until fragrant.
Add steamed mushrooms and broccoli, honey, soy sauce, chili flakes and chicken cube.
Add few tbsp of water so that the chicken cubes dissolves in it. Alternatively, you can add chicken cube in hot water and dissolve it and then add it to the mushrooms.
Cook on high flame until the water has evaporated. No more than 2 minutes.
