Brownie Pancakes with Chocolate Topping

Ingredients
Pancakes
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 3 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Milk 1.5 cups or more if needed
Chocolate chips 1/4 cup
Chocolate Sauce
Milk chocolate chips
you can use dark chocolate chips too 1/2 cup
Milk 3 tbsp
at room temperature or more if needed
Other
Some fresh fruit or berries
Instructions
PANCAKES: Combine all the ingredients of the pancakes except chocolate chips.
Mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Heat a non stick pan over lowest heat and grease with oil.
Pour 1/3 cup of batter in the pan. Let it cook over lowest heat until bubbles start to appear on top.
Flip and cook on the other side for 1 minute or so until cooked.
Dish out in a serving plate.
CHOCOLATE SYRUP: Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30 seconds interval.
Add milk and mix. Adjust the consistency.
Serve the pancakes with the chocolate syrup and fruit.
