Sugar 1/2 tspmore or less depending upon the acidity from the tomatoes- I used 1 tsp

Instructions
Marinate the chicken cubes in salt, red chili powder, ginger and garlic paste for 30 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp butter to a wok and add the chicken cubes. Cook on high flame until the chicken is cooked through.
To make the butter chicken sauce, heat oil in a wok and add the onion and cashews and stir fry until golden.
Add ginger and garlic paste and stir fry until raw smell is gone and now add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, Kashmiri chili powder, fenugreek leaves and cook until the tomatoes are all soft and mushy.
Now add vinegar and sugar. Mix and cook for 1 more minute.
Allow to cool and blend into a smooth paste. Butter chicken pizza sauce is ready.
Sprinkle a pizza pan (if baking in the oven) or frying pan (if cooking on stove top) with some semolina and place the cooked pizza base in the pan.
Apply generous amount of butter chicken pizza sauce all over the pizza.
Now top with mozzarella cheese, chicken cubes, onions and bell peppers.
Stovetop: Cover and cook on low flame until the cheese melts.
Oven: Bake for 6-7 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 230*C until the cheese is bubbly and browned.
