Cabbage Pakora – Crispiest Pakora Ever!

Ingredients
Small Cabbage 1/4
thinly sliced
Onion 1 big
thinly sliced
Green chilies
1-2 sliced
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder 3/4 tbsp
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Gram
flour
Besan 1 to 1/5 cup
Water as needed
Oil for frying
Instructions
Mix everything and add water as needed to make a thick batter
Heat oil in a wok and add dollops of pakora batter in hot oil.
Fry until golden.
Serve with mint raita.
