Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease an 8x10'' baking pan and line with parchment paper.
Mix and salt in a bowl.
To a large mixing bowl add brown sugar, granulated sugar and oil. Beat until light in color and creamy in texture. Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix well.
Add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt to the mixture and mix just until incorporated. Fold in chopped Oreos.
Spread the dough into the baking pan.
Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Do not bake for too long otherwise the brownies will be dry and crumbly.
Take out and allow to come to room temperature. Cut into squares and enjoy with coffee/tea.
