Carrot Paratha

Ingredients
Ingredients for 3 parathas
Carrot 1
Please use only orange carrot. Red carrot may make paratha a bit sweet
Small onion ½
chopped
Green chili 1
chopped
Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
chopped
Salt to taste
Instructions
Grate the carrot and add chopped onion, green chili, fresh coriander, ginger paste and garlic paste and salt.
Mix and add wheat flour and knead using water to a dough.
Cook the parathas the usual way using desi ghee or oil.
