Cauliflower and Carrot Pickle in Vinegar

Ingredients
Cauliflower Head 1 small
cut into florets
Carrot 1 big
thickly sliced
White vinegar 1 part
Water 3 parts
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a pot add water, vinegar and salt.
Bring to boil.
Turn off the flame and allow the steam to escape.
In a pickling jar or mason jar add the cauliflower florets and the carrots.
Pour the pickling liquid over it.
Keep the lid open and allow to come to room temperature.
Now close the lid and refrigerate.
Pickle is ready after 2-3 days.
Use within 3 weeks.
