Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
Cauliflower 1 small head
Olive oil 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
Fresh coriander 1 cup

Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into florets. Wash and drain.
Chop in a chopper into rice (fine grains). You can also use a grater to grate the cauliflower.
Add oil, ginger and garlic paste in a frying pan and fry at low heat until raw smell is gone.
Add cauliflower rice to the frying pan and sauté on high until the rice is just cooked.
NOTE: Avoid cooking at low heat or for too long. This would make the cauliflower rice mushy.
Lastly, add chopped coriander. Give it a stir.
