Chatori Chutney

Ingredients
Onion medium sized 1/2
Green chilies 2
Fresh Mint 1 handful
Fresh Coriander 2 handful
Brown sugar 3/4 tsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Tamarind paste
imli paste 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin powder 3/4 tsp
Boiled Potatoes 2 medium
Drinking Water 1 cup or as needed
Instructions
Add onion, green chilies, fresh mint, fresh coriander, brown sugar, black salt and tamarind paste to a chopper and chop coarsely.
If needed, you can add 4-5 tbsp water at this stage to facilitate chopping.
Take the mixture out of the chopper out into a mixing bowl.
Mash potatoes using you hands into chunks. Add to the tamarind mixture. Mix and add salt, cumin powder, mix and add water as needed.
Give a stir and serve with your favourite fried chicken or fish.
