Peel the apple and cut into small chunks. Keep aside.
In a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla essence and yogurt.
Mix well
NOTE: You might not need all of the yogurt. The consistency of the batter should be sticky and thick. Therefore, gradually add the yogurt to get the desired consistency.
Add apples and mix.
Line the air fryer with a foil and grease it with oil. Alternatively, you can use parchment paper.
Place dollops of batter on the foil.
Bake in the air fryer at 180*C for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE OVEN: Preheat the oven at 180 *C for 20 minutes. Bake for 10-12 minutes using lower rod.
