Boil macaroni according to package instructions. Add some oil and salt while boiling. When done, drain and keep aside.
Cut chicken into very small chunks, almost same size as the macaroni. Marinate with soy sauce and black pepper powder. Mix and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Cut the veggies into same sized chunks.
In a wok, add oil and ginger and garlic paste. Sauté until aromatic.
Next, add chicken and stir fry on high heat until the chicken is cooked.
Add veggies and stir fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add the macaroni sauce and stir.
Add boiled macaroni, adjust the salt and spice and cover and cook on low flame (dum) for 5-10 minutes.
