CHICKEN CHARGHA MARINADE

Ingredients
Whole Chicken 1000-1200 grams
Salt 1.5 tsp
Red chili powder 1.5 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Red color as needed
Softened butter 2 tbsp
Instructions
Marinate the meat in the above ingredients. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Next day you can grill, bake or cook the meat.
