Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
Chicken Leg pieces
or any other cut 1 kg
All-purpose flour 4 tablespoons
Cornflour/Corn starch 2 tablespoons
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder 3/4 tablespoon
Garam masala 3/4 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Eggs 2
Instructions
For Marination
Clean, wash and pat dry the chicken pieces to get rid of any moisture.
Mix together all the ingredients listed above.
Add the chicken pieces and mix to coat well. Let it marinate, covered, in the fridge for 3-4 hours or preferably overnight.
Heat oil on a medium heat and add the chicken pieces, a few pieces at a time. Turn the flame low.
Fry for 13-14 minutes turning the pieces occasionally.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
