Ingredients
For Chicken
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Boneless Chicken 1 kg
chut into 1.5 inch cuves
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
For Gravy
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Onions 2
Thickly sliced
Garlic 6 cloves
chopped
Ginger 2 inch
Julienned
Red Bell Pepper 1
cut into cubes
Green Bell Pepper 1
cut into cubes
Garam masala 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Ketchup 6 tbsp full
Tomato paste 2 tbsp full
Water 1/4 cup or as needed
Garnish
Ginger julienned
Chopped coriander
Slit green chilies
Serving Suggestion
Naan/Paratha/Boiled Rice
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add chicken pieces along with salt, red chili and turmeric. Cook until chicken is well done.
Take out the chicken pieces and keep aside.
In the same wok, heat oil and add onions. Sauté for 1 minute
Add ginger and garlic and sauté until the raw smell goes off.
Add bell peppers and sauté for 1 minute.
Add garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, ketchup and tomato paste. mix
Add chicken and water and stir.
Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes or until every flavor is well combined.
Serve immediately and Enjoy!
