Chicken Mince Fillets

Ingredients
Chicken Mince 900 grams
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
Add salt, black pepper and corn flour to the chicken mince and mix.
You can add more corn flour if the mixture is thin.
Heat some oil in a frying pan for shallow frying.
Place the breadcrumbs in a flat tray.
Take a tablespoon full of mince in hand and shape into a ball.
Put this ball in the breadcrumbs and start pressing the meatball and shape into a thin fillet.
Now put the breadcrumbs on top of the fillet to completely coat it.
Carefully take the fillet out, dust off the extra crumbs and put into the oil.
Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame from one side until golden brown.
Now flip and cook until golden.
Take out on a paper towel.
Serve with ketchup or sweet chili sauce and some coated fries.
