Chicken Pot Roast

Ingredients
Whole chicken 1.2 kg or more
skin removed
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Orange food colouring 1/4 tsp
Tandoori Masala 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Juice of 1 lemon
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Clean, wash and pat dry the chicken.
Apply all over the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
In a pot, add 3-4 tbsp of oil and place the chicken along with its marination.
When the marination starts to bubble, turn the flame to low and cover the pot with lid.
Cook for 20 minutes on each side (or until well done).
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
