Chicken Shami Kebab

Ingredients
Boneless chicken cut into cube 500-gram
Chopped fresh coriander stems 1 Tbsp
Garlic paste 1 Tsp
Ginger paste 1 Tsp
Potatoes 2
Green chilies chopped 3 (or to taste)
Salt 1 Tsp
Onion chopped 1 Medium sized
Chickpea lentils / channa daal (soaked for at least 4 hours) 1/3 cup
Potato, peeled and cubed 1
Cumin powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ Tsp
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in a pressure cooker along with the chicken and cook until done.
Mash up the mixture and then shape into kebabs.
Coat with beaten egg.
Fry and serve hot.
