Bread slices 3 if using fresh chicken minceI used frozen mince which has more moisture, therefore I had to add 4 slices

Instructions
Add bread slices to a food processor and grind into crumbs.
In a bowl, add chicken mince, chopped pell pepper, eggs, spring onions, ginger and garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder and pizza sauce.
Mix and add bread crumbs of 3 bread slices and mix again, keep on the counter top for 10 minutes and check again, if need be, add more crumbs.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours only, keeping overnight would make the mixture sloppy because of the bell peppers and sping onions.
Take out and shape into balls.
Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, shape the mince into balls and place them on the pan and smash them using a spatula.
Cook on both sides.
Lastly, place cheese slice on top and allow to melt.
