Honey sauce: Mix ginger and garlic paste, water, corn flour, soy sauce, honey and chili sauce and cook until thickened. If needed, add more water to adjust consistency.
Coating: Mix all the ingredients of the coating in a bowl.
Heat oil (for shallow frying).
Drench the chicken strips one by one in the coating mixture and place in the oil.
Fry for 3-4 minutes, flipping once or twice.
Chicken strips are ready. Pour honey sauce over the strips and serve with boiled rice.
