Chicken Tikka Boti Kebab

Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Water 1 L
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Marination
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Thick yogurt 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Red food color 1/3 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Cut chicken into bog chunks and add water, salt and vinegar to it.
Mix and Soak for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, wash thoroughly.
Add all the ingredients of marination to the chicken pieces.
Mix well and marinate for at least an hour or preferably overnight.
To cook the chicken, put the pieces in a pan and cook on high flame on both sides.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
