Chocolate Craving Cake

Ingredients
Plain flour 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Milk 1 cup
at room temperature
Egg 1
at room temperature
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Frosting
Chocolate chips 1 cup
Unsweetened whipping cream 1 cup
OR
Cooking chocolate 1 cup
Unsweetened whipping cream 1/2 cup
Instructions
Frosting: Melt the chocolate chips and add the whipping cream. Mix until dissolved.
Put in the refrigerator to let the frosting thicken up.
Cake: Preheat the oven to 180°C using upper and lower rod.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper (8x8 inches).
In a mix bowl, sift plain flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
Mix and add sugar and salt. Mix again.
In another bowl, add egg, oil, milk and vanilla essence and whisk well.
Add this egg mixture to the dry mixture and whisk well.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake at 180°C, using both upper and lower rods, for 30-35 minutes until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the cake to come to room temperature. Pour the cold frosting on top. Enjoy!
