Ingredients
Potatoes 2
Corn starch 2 tbsp heaped
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok on a medium flame.
Peel and cut the potatoes into fried shape.
Add salt and corn starch and mix well.
Deep fry on a medium flame until the potato fries start to turn golden.
Take out and serve immediately.
