Creamy Chicken and Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
Sandwich filling
- Boiled Chicken 200 grams
- Boiled eggs 4 mashed
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
Other
- Jalapenos sliced
- Lettuce leaves choppe
Instructions
- Shred the boiled chicken and add all the ingredients of sandwich filling to it.
- Mix well.
- Place some lettuce leaves on the bread slices and place sandwich filling on it and spread evenly.
- Top with jalapenos and place the other slice on top.
