Creamy Green Pasta

Ingredients
Uncooked paste 400 grams
Onion 1 big
chopped
Garlic cloves 4 sliced
Oil 4 tbsp
Peas 2 cups
Fresh mint leaves 2 handfuls
Green chili 1-2
Chicken cubes 2

Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Instructions
Cook paste according to the package instructions. Drain, run tap water over it and set aside.
Heat oil in a vessel and add onions and garlic. Saute until soft.
Add peas (frozen or fresh) and cook until the peas are fully cooked.
Now transfer half of the mixture to a blender and add mint leaves and green chili. Add a little water and blend into a smooth paste.
Transfer the blended paste back into the peas and onion mixture. Adjust the consistency by adding water and bring to a boil.
Add chicken cubes, salt and white pepper powder and cook on a very low flame for 2 minutes.
Now add fresh cream and cook for 1 minute.
Add cooked pasta and mix until the paste is warmed up.
Paste is ready. Garnish with cooked peas or fresh mint.
Serve hot!
