Creamy Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
5 chicken breast fillets 5
All purpose flour (maida) 2 Tbsp
vegetable oil 3 Tbsp
butter 6 Tbsp
Garlic paste 2 Tsp
Green chili chopped 1
Oil 1 tsp
Chicken stock 2 Cup
Cooking cream 2 Cup
lemon juice 1 Tsp
Green capsicum 1
Red capsicum 1
Instructions
Pound the chicken slightly to flatten it.
Make sure the chicken is dry and coat with flour.
Add the oil and butter to a pan and allow to heat.
Fry the chicken pieces completely.
Add the remaining butter and oil mixture to a bigger pan and add 1tsp oil.
Fry the garlic and green chili till aromatic and add the chicken stock and cream.
Cook the gravy till it thickens and add the already cooked chicken.
Turn the heat to low, cover and allow to simmer for 5 mins.
Add the lemon juice
Garnish with red and green capsicum and serve hot with rice. Enjoy.
