Crepes Recipe (Blender Recipe – Soft, thin and Cakey)

Ingredients
Plain flour 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Oil 1.5 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Nutella
Banana
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add a little oil or butter to a 6-inch skillet with a brush and heat over medium.
Pour 2 tablespoons batter into the skillet. Immediately spread the batter around using a ladle to form a thin crepe. The thinner the better.
Flip the crepe when tiny bubbles on the top form.
Remove when ready.
Fill with Nutella and banana or the filling of your choice.
Top the crepes with fresh cream (or sweet whipped cream-your choice 😊)
Serve. Enjoy!
