Crispy Fish Fillets

Ingredients
Fish fillets 1 kg
All-purpose flour 3 heaped tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Basil 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
Sift the all-purpose flour in a large mixing bowl and add all the spices. Mix well.
Clean and wash the fish fillets and cut into 6-inch long pieces and allow the water to drain properly or alternatively, pat dry using a tissue paper.
Heat oil in a frying pan for shallow frying (or wok for deep frying).
Put all the fish pieces into the flour mixture and mix until all the pieces are coated by the fish.
Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan.
Place the pieces into the frying pan one by one and shallow fry on both sides. Total cooking time would be 3-4 minutes on each side.
Take out and serve the crispy fish immediately.
