Crispy Potato Fingers

Ingredients
Potato Fingers
Boiled Potatoes 5 medium
Corn flour 4-5 tbsp heaped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Dried parsley or freshly chopped coriander leaves without stems
Oil for deep frying
Spicy Tangy Sauce
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Instructions
Potato Fingers: Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes.
Add corn flour salt, black pepper and dried parsley or fresh coriander.
Mix well and shape into 1.5 cm thick sticks
Heat oil on a medium to low flame.
Place the sticks in oil and fry at a medium to low flame until golden on the outside.
Take out and serve immediately with Spicy tangy sauce.
Spicy Tangy Sauce: Mix everything and serve with the potato fingers
